Terms of Service
General
- I reserve the right to decline any commission.
- Prices may change at any time.
- By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
- Please be respectful and patient throughout the commission process.
Payment
- Payment must be completed before I start working.
- Accepted payment methods are listed on my main portfolio page.
- Equivalent payment values may be negotiated when using Discord items, games, gift cards, or art trades.
Artwork Commissions
- My artwork is for personal use unless commercial rights are discussed beforehand.
- Do not claim my work as your own.
- Do not remove my signature without permission.
- You may repost commissioned work with proper credit.
Website Commissions
- The client must provide all necessary information and assets.
- Additional features requested after work has started may increase the price.
- I am not responsible for modifications made by the client after delivery.
- I am not responsible for third-party platform outages or hosting issues.
Revisions
- Minor revisions are allowed.
- Major revisions may require additional payment.
- Excessive revision requests may be declined.
Refunds
- Due to the nature of my accepted payment methods (Discord items, games, gift cards, etc.), refunds are generally not possible. If I am unable to complete a commission after receiving payment, compensation may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Deadlines
- I am a student and may be busy due to school, personal projects, or real-life responsibilities.
- Please do not rush me unless a deadline has been agreed upon beforehand.
Rights
- I may display commissioned work in my portfolio.
- I may post commissioned work on my social media unless otherwise agreed.
- I reserve the right to refuse future commissions from clients who violate these Terms.
